Thank you, Jackson, for visiting and for your compliments, encouragement, and advice. My publicist, Cheryl K Tardif, chose the webpage design. The greenery, she says, is to reflect my roots as a farm girl.

I would love to have a total BICT life. However, writing is only half the battle--getting the writing published is the other half. And that requires a lot of 'talking' and 'promoting'. If only I could find an agent to take over those tasks...

Eileen Very nice website. I especially like the color coordination
If there is one thing that is required in the writing world it is to write. It doesn't matter how much one talks about writing it is BICT "Butt in chair time" that really matters.
Good luck in your career and remember we all write to communicate, be positive, be clear, be brief and stay active and you will succeed.

Cheryl, of course you can quote me! And Tony, I'm workin' on it!

ps: Tony: Guess on whom my character in the long red underwear is based? Just kidding! You're actually the strong, tall, dark and handsome hero.

I do believe I'm blushing. Gosh! I came here expecting to read posts from your friends, Eileen, and was surprised to see you and Pauline chatting about me. lol Thank you both.

Eileen, can I quote you as an endorsement on my website? :-)

Pauline, once I've really helped get you "off the ground", I'll want to quote you too.

Eileen, I'm so happy to see so many entries in your guestbook. You have great support! I look forward to seeing your website grow, with lots of reviews and accolades. Keep blogging!

Thank you, Pauline. Yes, Cheryl's a doll! I give her total credit for my website and blog design. I knew nothing about such things until she stepped in to help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their cyberspace presence. You can reach her at http://www.shamelessbookpromoter.com/

Hi Eileen. What a great website! It's unique and compelling. I am also a local writer in the process of promoting my books. Don't you just love Cheryl, I can't say enough good things about her. Good luck, with everything!

You're on your way, Eileen. I'd say keep writing, but it looks like you've been writing 24-7 for years. What super experience, too. Put that psychopath in the next book.

Eileen's response to Alison:

Thanks for both compliments, Alison. Also, thank you for visiting my website and signing my guestbook. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit.

As far as the autopsy, although I signed up to attend one (it was optional) not enough patients died for me to make it to the top of the signup list before I graduated. As I find live people more interesting than dead ones, I wasn't all that disappointed.

Wow Ma! What an exciting, passionate webpage! Perhaps one day somebody will read it to me :) or Maybe you can make a movie about it and I can watch it. Just jokes. I'll be back!

LOVE YAH,

Your favorite Boy-Child.

Eileen's reply: Thank you, favourite Boy-Child. I had no idea you were such a philosopher--or that you ever read anything that wasn't absolutely necessary to read. What a sweetheart!
